DANNYLO SUBIA PINTO: PRO Ecuador negocia fuerte en la Argentina
La confirmación de que Ecuador estará presente en el evento Pyme NEGOCIAR 2017 en el hotel Castelar de la Capital Federal, nos llega directamente de Dannylo Subía Pinto, director de la Oficina Comercial PRO Ecuador en la Argentina, entidad que ha tenido una fuerte presencia en los espacios promoción de exportaciones e inversiones de esa república bananera y chocolatera, cuya diversidad de paisajes naturales la mantienen en el ranking de los países predilectos como destino turístico.
Cuando se habla de Ecuador, acuden a la memoria las imágenes de variedades de exquisitos bananos, aromáticos chocolates y la exótica fauna de las islas Galápagos, que por su belleza y diversidad fuera el laboratorio natural en el que Charles Darwin desarrolló su teoría sobre el origen de la vida.
El 30% de la oferta mundial de banano proviene de Ecuador, siendo el mayor exportador en el mundo. Esta fruta representa el 10% de las exportaciones totales y el segundo rubro de mayor exportación del país, al ser apetecida por consumidores de los mercados más exigentes y formar parte de la dieta diaria de millones de personas.
Sobre este rally productivo de los ecuatorianos y sus protagonistas, habló con nuestro Medio, Dannylo Subía.
¿Qué importancia atribuyen a las Pymes dentro del entramado de organizaciones económicas, y cómo va a ser la presencia de Ecuador en el evento Pyme “NEGOCIAR 2017”.Con qué productos y/o servicios potenciales se van a presentar?
Las pymes representan más del 70% de nuestra economía son muy importantes desde la visión de generadoras de empleo y encadenamiento productivos con lo cual las instituciones como Pro Ecuador, les dan un sitial preferencial para el desarrollo en el ámbito del comercio exterior.
Los productos con los que nos presentaremos serán café, palmito, atún, chocolate y Snack de plátano principalmente. Tenemos gran expectativa con el evento en especial por quien lo organiza (La Cámara Pyme Argentina que dirige Juan Amato)
¿Cuáles son los destinos turísticos más importantes del país, qué facilidades de transportación, alojamiento, etc se han creado para que fluya mayor turismo argentino hacia ellos?
Definitivamente Galápagos es uno de los lugares más visitados. Pero en los últimos años han tomado gran auge las playas del Ecuador en Manabi, Santa Elena. Esmeraldas; y en cuanto a la Sierra se refiere el destino más solicitado es Quito baños en la provincia de Tungurahua cuenca y la Amazonía. Al ser un país pequeño la movilización es muy fácil pues nuestras carreteras nos permiten viajar de manera segura y placentera por todo el país.
¿Cómo marcha la relación bilateral entre Ecuador y Argentina, en aspectos comerciales, de cooperación, etc.?
En relación al aspecto comercial que es mi ámbito de acción, se encuentra en su mejor momento. Hemos casi triplicado las ventas en los últimos 5 años y se ha intensificado el comercio bilateral. Hemos recibido importantes inversiones argentinas en los sectores de minería, comercio, industria, petróleo, y metalmecánica.
¿Qué ventajas le proporciona a Ecuador el sistema de ventanilla única de comercio exterior?
Facilita las exportaciones y las importaciones, ahorro de tiempo y costos en alrededor del 10 al 15% de la importación. Y nos pone a la vanguardia del comercio internacional por la agilidad en el despacho aduanero la transparencia en los procesos y la trazabilidad de las operaciones de Comex.
Cabe añadir a lo referido por Dannylo Subbia, que Ecuador es el hogar de 33 reservas naturales protegidas por el Gobierno, así como de muchas otras extensiones de bosque tropical poseedoras de una biodiversidad considerable. Prácticas sustentables en el turismo promovidas por el Estado, lo han convertido en líder regional del turismo sustentable.
Entre los otros motivos también resalta la inmensa riqueza en diversidad natural y cultural, tanto por las especies de aves, mariposas, orquídeas, reptiles, anfibios, mamíferos, entre otras especies, el valor natural de las reservas Sangay y las islas Galápagos, y las 27 nacionalidades que habitan en el territorio nacional.
Ecuador es el nuevo rey latinoamericano del chocolate, tanto porque es el primer exportador mundial de cacao fino de aroma, como por los finos chocolates que elaboran las manos ecuatorianas, muchos de los cuales pueden ser encontrados en la Ruta del Cacao, durante un paseo en Tren Crucero por la ruta Durán–Yaguachi.
